Mission Success
Mission Success is a free, need-based program open to 6th - 12th graders who qualify based on certain eligibility criteria.
The program is built around four pillars: academics, access, squash, and wellness. Participants commit to attending afterschool programming multiple days per week for up to 7 years, beginning in 6th grade (or earlier) through high school graduation. Student-athletes receive intensive academic tutoring, mentoring, college preparation, travel opportunities, community service experiences, and training in the elite sport of squash to help them gain access to and succeed at a four-year college or university. Program support continues for up to six years postsecondary.
Academics
Student-athletes attend multiple academic sessions per week. 100% of Mission Success student-athletes graduate from high school.
Access
Mission Success oversees the high school, college, and financial aid application processes for all student-athletes, while also connecting students to summer opportunities such as elite camps, pre-college programs, and internships
Squash
Student-athletes play squash multiple teams a week and participate in a combination of practices, tournaments, and private lessons.
Wellness
Mission Success offers a robust wellness curriculum focused on goal-setting, nutrition, recovery, mental health, and sports psychology.
